WHO ARE WE?
TPO Solution is a young company of 8 people based in Eupen and Luxembourg, our approach is international.
Our DNA is legal and digital, unlike our competitors, who are essentially IT companies.
TPO offers its customers consultancy, auditing and support to ensure compliance with the various regulations governing data protection and information security, in particular using its own data management platform, TPOmap.
What are we looking for?
Our missions
- Helping companies control their data flows and implement data protection policies that comply with the GDPR, NIS2 legislation, the AI Act and specific customer requirements.
- Supporting customers in managing their service providers by drafting data processing agreements, assessing risks and proposing appropriate technical and organisational measures.
- Drawing up privacy notices.
- Advising and assisting customers on various issues relating to data protection and information security.
- Organise training sessions and awareness-raising events.
- Maintain a legal watch to stay informed and up to date on legislative developments and regulatory changes in the digital field.
- Guiding and training customers on best practice in digital governance.
- Carrying out Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs).
- Working with cross-functional teams and ensuring rigorous monitoring of projects.
Your ideal profile
- Master degree in law, knowledge of GDPR, NIS2 and/or AI Act would be a plus;
- Customer-oriented, able to build long-term relationships based on trust;
- Team spirit, curiosity and dynamism;
- Good communication skills, with a creative approach to problem solving;
- Fluency in English and French and/or German (Dutch is a plus);
- Affinity for new technologies;
- Proficiency in IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
Location
TPO is expanding in Belgium and Luxembourg. You will be based in Luxembourg.
Salary
- Our aim is to have satisfied employees: Your basic salary will depend on your profile and experience, but above all it will evolve according to your commitment and your results.
- As you will be based in Luxembourg, you will be subject to Luxembourg labour law.
- Possibility of teleworking 3 days a week.
